Vault is a secure document exchange service, which facilitates all EU procurement procedures — Open, Restricted, Negotiated and Accelerated — as well as lower-value contracts.

It provides a totally secure means to store and transmit Expression of Interest (EOI) and Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation and then to receive and manage responses electronically via the internet.
